1. Who we are

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the subscription services offered under the trading name "Tani Fintech" by TANI FINTECH MANAGEMENT-FZCO, a free zone company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us", "the Company"). By purchasing a membership or accessing our content, you agree to these Terms.

2. Description of services

Tani Fintech is an IT & business consultancy offering two subscription-based services (each a "Service"):

• AI Business Automation Training Program — structured training modules covering AI fundamentals, working with AI assistants, and automating business workflows with AI tools, together with ongoing member updates.
• Market Briefings Membership — a weekday market briefing, economic calendar commentary, educational research articles, an archive of past publications, and an onboarding starter library.

The Services consist of professional training, general market briefings, and educational content only. We do not provide personalized investment advice, trading signals, brokerage services, asset management, custody of client funds, money transfer services, or guaranteed returns. Nothing in the Services constitutes an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument.

3. No investment advice

Content published through the Service is prepared without regard to any individual subscriber's financial situation, objectives, or risk tolerance. It must not be relied upon as a substitute for professional financial, legal, or tax advice. All decisions you make in financial markets are made solely at your own discretion and risk. Trading foreign exchange, securities, and other instruments involves substantial risk of loss.

4. Membership, fees, and billing

• AI Business Automation Training Program: a recurring monthly subscription fee of USD 48, with no initial fee.
• Market Briefings Membership: a one-time initial access fee of USD 980, charged at signup, which covers onboarding and access to the starter library, plus a recurring monthly subscription fee of USD 98.
• Recurring fees are automatically charged to your registered payment method each month until you cancel.
• By subscribing you authorize us (and our payment service provider) to store your payment credentials and charge the recurring fee each billing cycle, in accordance with the billing consent displayed at checkout.
• Prices are stated in US dollars. Your card issuer may apply currency conversion and related fees.
• We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' advance notice by email; changes apply from your next billing cycle after the notice period.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date via the customer portal or by emailing support@tanifintech.com. Cancellation stops future charges; you retain access until the end of the billing period already paid. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Accounts and acceptable use

• Membership is personal to you. You may not share, resell, republish, or redistribute members-only content without our written permission.
• You must provide accurate registration and billing information and keep it up to date.
• We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, chargeback abuse, or unlawful use, without refund of fees already due.

7. Intellectual property

All newsletters, research articles, educational materials, and other content in the Service are the intellectual property of the Company or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the content for your own use during your membership.

8. Availability

We aim to publish the daily newsletter on weekdays, but publication schedules may vary around public holidays and market closures. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service and may perform maintenance from time to time.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any trading or investment losses, loss of profit, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of, or reliance on, the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai.
