Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancelling your subscription

  • You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time, effective from the next billing date.
  • Cancel via the customer portal (link provided in every billing email) or by emailing support@tanifintech.com from your registered email address.
  • To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancel before your next billing date. Cancellation requests by email are processed within 2 business days; requests received at least 3 business days before the billing date are guaranteed to take effect before that charge.
  • After cancellation, you retain access to members-only content until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. No further charges will be made.

2. Monthly subscription fees

  • Monthly fees already charged are non-refundable once the billing period has started, because members receive immediate access to digital content.
  • Exception: if you were charged after submitting a valid cancellation in accordance with Section 1, we will refund that charge in full.
  • Exception: if a duplicate or erroneous charge occurs, we will refund the erroneous amount in full within 10 business days.

3. Initial access fee (Market Briefings Membership only)

  • The AI Business Automation Training Program has no initial fee — only the monthly subscription (Section 2) applies.
  • For the Market Briefings Membership, the one-time initial access fee (USD 980) covers onboarding and immediate lifetime access to the starter library of digital educational materials.
  • If you have not yet accessed or downloaded the starter library, you may request a full refund of the initial access fee within 7 days of purchase.
  • Once the starter library has been accessed or downloaded, the initial access fee is non-refundable, as the digital content has been delivered in full.

4. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your card issuer, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days. Any currency conversion differences or card issuer fees are outside our control.

5. Service interruption

If we permanently discontinue the service, active subscribers will not be charged further, and any prepaid period extending beyond the discontinuation date will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
